4. Payment Terms

5. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Manuel's Mechanical Services LLC is warranted for one (1) year from the date of service completion. Equipment and parts warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
